MY REVIEW
Jen Jones was a
Build Engineer, fine-tuning the code for launching Shopahol, a new app that
promised to revolutionize online shopping. She tried to be inconspicuous and
not catch the eye of the owner, Dave Jewell, who she had a tragic past with.
But when someone else from her past who has been blackmailing her is killed in
the parking lot, Jen is suspect number one. Which inevitably brings Dave and
Jen together, bringing the past to the present.
This was a
roller-coaster-boxing-match-adrenaline-rush, all rolled together. By the time I
finished, I was as drained and beat up feeling as Jen was. There was non-stop
action with a bit of romance thrown in. With every page turn I wanted more. It
was a very enjoyable read.
