I liked how
each one had a poem written about it. Then there is a description telling why
it’s a wonder. And I enjoyed learning what each country’s flag looks like. This
makes for a good learning situation with your child. I believe it would be just
as interesting to them as it was to me.

MY HONEST REVIEW OF Africa's Big Five Wild Animals
Captain Frankie
is back with another adventure for little ones to enjoy. This time he flies
over Africa’s Wildlife Natural Parks to give us a view of five of Africa’s
largest wildlife. Not only are there gorgeous pictures of these majestic
animals, but there are facts included in the tour. I like the way the narration
is written as if speaking directly to a child. This would be a great read-along
for any small one. And the education is a plus. There were several facts that I
didn’t know myself. It was also fun seeing the different colorful flags for
each of the places these animals could be found. Captain Frankie is definitely
a cool tour guide.
Anna Othitis lived and was raised in the beautiful land and country of Zimbabwe, Africa (home will always be home. She left all of her life long memories, endless charity work and good people behind vowing that she will continue supporting the needy children in her land Zimbabwe, Africa and beyond. After traveling long and short distances from the East coast to the West coast twice she and her family eventually found their sense of belonging and final settling destination in New Jersey, USA.
Her husband George, sons Johnny, Elia and Frankie encouraged her to write her first children's book titled "My First Travel Book", inspired by Frankie (Captain Frankie), who is graduating from his Masters degree in Aeronautical Science and beginning his career as a professional pilot. Anna's favorite saying is "Be Bold Be Brave".
She was inspired to write her children's books with a vision to link up the children Africa and of the world on Angelic Airlines to so many beautiful places of interest and popularity on our wonderful planet Earth with all its beautiful some natural and some man made creations and resources. One of the beautiful natural wonders featured in her books is in her birth land of Zimbabwe "The Mighty Victoria Falls" All of her books educate our children and widen their scope of interest in the amazing surroundings, creations and nature to appreciate and look after our environment for many generations still to come.

from the My First Travel Books series. Each of the seven wonders is explained,
and includes a picture and poem, followed by questions to instill the facts to
memory.
This is the
perfect book for introducing your child to different parts of the world and its
beauty. It’s written in easy to read style, with a learning curve that the
child won’t notice. Even though it is written for a child, I learned a few
things also. I liked the way the yellow airplane was integrated in each
picture. It looks so cool and really pops against each background. It has a
nice bookplate on the inside cover for recording who it belongs to, as well as
who gifted it.

I lived and was raised in the beautiful land and country of Zimbabwe, Africa (home will always be home). We relocated to Wanaque, New Jersey, USA, our new home and where our younger son, Frankie, took up his “American Dream”.
My husband George, sons Johnny, Elia and Frankie encouraged me to write my first children’s book titled My First Travel Book, which was inspired by Frankie (Captain Frankie). Given a wonderful opportunity, he graduated in his Masters degree in Aeronautical Science, and is successful in his career as a professional pilot. My favorite saying is: “Be Bold Be Brave”.
My dream is to be given the opportunity for my book to reach each and every less fortunate child who will have the opportunity to fantasy travels through our book to see our lovely world destinations, and to one day to give back and assist the needy in Africa and beyond, to keep giving care and love to the less fortunate. Whilst in Zimbabwe I was involved with many charitable organizations and groups where my greatest passion and love was with the primitive, simple people of Zimbabwe, Africa and will still continue to reach out to the many beautiful children of the world.
Now living in the USA, after having traveled some short and some long journeys, to get to our final destination, we realize how small this world really is, yet is also so big and so beautiful in each and every corner. Still so much is untouched by humans, which will hopefully remain sacred in many areas. We have to cherish every and all beautiful things that our planet earth has to offer to us.
