I love ice cream. I bet you do too. Here's a quick and easy way to serve it.
Side note: Have you ever tried the Kroger Value brand Vanilla. As you can see, it's not considered ice cream. The box says Frozen Dairy Dessert. Try it. It's only $1.75 and it tastes close to homemade ice cream. I love it. But the chocolate is not so good.
First, open the box at all seams as shown.
Now, using a large knife, cut down in about 1 to 2" segments. It really doesn't matter if they are not all equal.
Next, cut crosswise. You now have fairly equal portions cut and ready for when you want a bite. And if you have kids, they can't fight over who got more. It's all equal.
As you can see, when you're through cutting, the box will close back easily.
Now, how easy is that! And this is great to do before a party. It makes serving to guests quick and easy.

"Organisation Celebration"
So, what do you have planned for the last weekend of June? Looking at my calendar, all I have pencilled in is to watch the Syfy movie "Big Foot". I know, I know, all the Saturday Syfy movies are so cheesy, but I like to laugh at the ridiculousness of them. I mean with titles like Octogator and Pirahnaconda, you havta agree. I can't wait to see what this latest Big Foot will look like :)
Anyway, back to the subject. That weekend, June 29th through July 1st, head on over to Jennifers Jumbles for an ‘Organisation Celebration’. According to Jennifer:
Sounds Epic! Blog hop (love those), crafts (love also), and giveaways (live for!). Right now though, as encouragement to spread the word about the event, you can win an Echo Park Note To Self Collection Kit.
This is what it looks like. Cool huh!
You can enter 4 different ways. You can pin it, twitter it, facebook it, and blog about it (like I'm doing now). You have until June 23rd to do this. Just go to Jennifers Jumbles to enter.
Looks like my calendar for that weekend just got full. I wonder if I can catch a rerun of Big Foot!
Til next time, have fun!
