Last Monday, the 11th, we bought one of those little, I guess you would call it a tray greenhouse. It included 16 of the large disks that you just water and it expands for you to plant tomato seeds in. We came home and planted 2 Better Boy Tomato seeds in each holder. I put them on top of the dryer to keep them warm.
This is today, the 19th, 8 days later.
Would you believe the only light it gets is when the kitchen light gets cut on. My washer and dryer are in the far corner in a cubby by themselves.
Some are over 6 inches tall.
Several are over 6 inches tall!
This little sprout is the last one to come out, and it wasn't there last night.
These seeds were supposed to take up to 10 days to sprout. It's been less than that and look how big they are. Spring better hurry because I don't think they'll wait. They're happy, I'm happy.
My honest opinion.....the pods are well worth the under $7.00 price tag.
P.S. My dryer has hardly been used during this time.
