Rainy Day

I'm back.  I finally finished the blog hop.   I hope all of you visited a few of the sites too.  We gotta help each other out as much as we can. And make a few new friends along the way.

The weather outside is brutal at the moment.  I was going to show you the new flowers blooming in my garden but I couldn't get out to take pretty pictures of them.  So instead, you get dreary, stormy, dark and blurry glimpses of the garden.

Part of these are yellow daylilies that I planted.  In fact, I posted a pic of it blooming here.  The tall daisy  looking one though I didn't plant.  I actually spilled bird seed and this came up.  If you look to the left of it, you will see what looks like corn stalks growing.  That too was bird seed.

This is the other end of the flower bed.  It's hard to tell but those stepping stones are under water.  You can see the water splashing in the buckets.  It's really pouring down right now.  But on the bright side, aren't the stones so vibrant.

This is to the left of the daylily.  These stones are also underwater.

This is the far right, at the edge, and the deepest spot.  The yellow you see there is also a stepping stone.
It's the blue and yellow butterfly one.  You can see it here.  Boy, those buckets are really splashing now.

And this is to the far left.  This is a high spot so it's not underwater so much.  There's ladybug and turtle. If  you look close, you will see my little snake standing guard.  He  moves around alot.    I never know where he'll show up next. :)

So there you have it.  No sun, just rain, rain, rain.  I'm not complaining though, it's needed badly.

What's it looking like outside your door?  See you soon.
