By thoughtfully tying his symbolic bridges to theological, psychological, and scientific theories, Judge helps readers thoughtfully manage life choices while achieving maximum emotional and spiritual health.

MY HONEST REVIEW OF The Way of Two Bridges

This was written to be a person’s guidepost for positive living. I agree with the statement that we are a product of our life style choices. The author explains how we all have positive and negative energies to our bodies. The negative will overtake the positive if we let it. It’s the life style choices that we choose that determines the power of either. I can understand how that would be. In fact, I have determined that to be so at various times in my life.

I was fascinated with the chapter explaining what a life force energy is. Normally, this would have bored me to tears, but the way the author broke it down made it easy to comprehend. I also liked how he focused on spirituality and explained why it is so important to have it.

Panting now, I couldn’t help thinking about the eruption of clapping at Mitchell’s words as if he’d said nothing wrong. My mind retreated back to the crowd of dark suits and dresses rising in standing ovation, as I remained seated in a special state of confusion.

What? Who was he calling an amazing woman he could not live without? She did his dry cleaning? I did his dry cleaning and hand-pressed many-a-dress shirt. What was she doing touching his shirts?

I sensed an obvious discomfort at my banquet table. The wife next to me raised her eyebrows and gave me an open-mouthed, super-smile, which said, “Yes, that was inappropriate for him to say, and yes, we all noticed.”

All the color must’ve drained from my face as I remembered locking eyes with Mitchell amid the applause before he darted behind the big black curtain. She was only his assistant, right? Was I overreacting? Was he genuinely indebted to her or was he purposely trying to disrespect me? My ears were ringing now and my head was going to explode. I’d had migraines before, but this was the mother of all migraines. I shut my eyes and splashed a little water on my face, trying to quell the fire in my head. When I opened my eyes I saw a woman.

I wasn’t alone.

MY HONEST REVIEW OF Pretty Dolls

Cece lived the life of a high class socialite. With two kids, a well-to-do husband, and a dream home, from afar she had the perfect life. But in truth, she had inherited the OCD gene from her obsessed mother, and she drove her family crazy. When she discovers that her husband is having an affair, she feels she has lost control of her life, and begins a downward spiral of obsession fueled by revenge.

On one hand, I felt sorry for Cece. On the other hand, I felt she was too self-centered for me to pity her predicament. I can’t say too much without giving out spoilers, but this read will take you on a quirky adventure that you won’t see coming. The characters all are pretty shallow but you can’t help but cheer them on. I have to say that I did see the end coming, but it was still satisfying nonetheless.

MY HONEST REVIEW OF Seaside Embrace

Jana didn’t do relationships period. Hunter was a well-known player. When they hooked up one night, it was like fire and ice. No matter how good the chemistry was, they were too much alike. After a few more months, and a couple more hookups, Jana jokingly accused Hunter of not knowing how to be romantic. He took it as a challenge and starts seriously romancing her. Before either realizes it, their relationship has intensified. But can they make it last, or is it destined to fail?

This was a super-hot couple. I think this is my favorite Seaside couple so far. There’s absolutely nothing better than a guy who wants to romance you. That says it all. I don’t know how Ms. Foster continues to put out such great and varied romances. You would think they would start to run together by now, but no, each one is new and refreshing. Keep them coming!

MY HONEST REVIEW OF A Ghost Hunters Guide

This compilation of haunted houses was personally researched by the author. She even spent the night in a few of them for further proof of authenticity. There are fifteen different houses listed. Most, if not all, have well-known reputations. This is the third book of hers on hauntings that I have read. I like the way she breaks down each place by telling the backstory, and then the hauntings separately. Of course every place listed is backed up with eye witness accounts.

I can tell how much passion the author has for the subject of the supernatural. It definitely shows in her writings. No doubt this would be a good reference book to have if you have any interest in “ghost hunting” adventures. There were several that peaked my interest of possible future weekend getaways.
