MY HONEST REVIEW OF A Ghost Hunters Guide
If you like the
paranormal, you’ll love this book. It chronicles 15 hotels across the United
States that have documented hauntings. They run from the east coast to the west
coast, and they all are open to the public for bookings. With the well-known places like The Lizzie
Borden house, and the Stanley Hotel made famous in The Shining, to the ones not
so well-known, it’s a thrill seeker paradise.
I like how the
author gives the history for each place, helping me to understand the why of
the hauntings. The fun facts were enlightening. Although the book included a
picture of each place, I would have liked to have seen more pictures of the
insides and out. I like that the addresses and websites were included, making
it simpler to do more research, or in my case, checking on availability. I’m a
sucker for a good scare.
