***MY HONEST REVIEW OF DECEPTION IN PARADISE***

Madison is enjoying her new-found life in the house she inherited from her aunt. When her ex-husband Jax moves in without warning, claiming he has possible interest in the house, she knows that something is fishy. Before she knows it, Jax is accused of murder, and it seems that she is the only one interested in proving his innocence.

I think I would enjoy being friends with Madison. I just don’t get why she would be so accommodating to Jax, and especially Robert and Apple. Those two would be gone immediately. I’m a softie too, but that was overboard.

This second book veered away from Madison and Zack’s relationship a good bit, unlike the first one. I was expecting it to be pretty hot and heavy. But I did like that she and Fab were tight.

Overall, I really enjoyed the story and can’t wait for the next one. I hope it will address what Tucker wants from Aunt Elizabeth’s house. I have a feeling there is something there to be found.

I've been writing, in one way or another for as long as I can remember; writing poetry, short stories, a romance novel secretly stashed under the bed and sappy love letters. Fiction should be fun. I wanted to create the perfect beach book, to make the reader laugh, cry and cheer... and then run out and tell their friends about it.

My love of reading began when I was seven, the day I opened the cover of my first Mrs. Piggle Wiggle book. Mrs. P gave lessons to other children in how to behave and to me I learned to love the written word. I live with my family and demon children aka rescue cats in South Florida.
