Fitness Motivation: Realistic Expectations, Long-term Mindset & Diet Sacrifices
By Paul Johnson
CONSTANTLY LOSING MOTIVATION TO WORK OUT? SCARED OF ATTEMPTING TO BUILD YOUR DREAM PHYSIQUE ONCE AGAIN?
In this book, you’ll discover what it really takes to achieve your fitness goals, keep to a muscle-building diet and always stay motivated.
Forget all of the “Get Ripped Quick” 6-week nonsense promises. Fitness, endurance and bodybuilding training are all built on realistic expectations, proper long-term mindset and everyday sacrifices.
Many successful fitness professionals agree that the hardest part of any fitness/bodybuilding programme are the properly balanced diets. That’s why this book focuses on the nutritional sacrifices and psychology, as opposed to the actual exercises.
While reading this book:
- You’ll build realistic expectations and long-term, sensible motivation
- You’ll learn what part do fitness/bodybuilding diets play in one’s life
- You’ll see what are the hidden sacrifices that nobody talks about
- You’ll get asked the most important question when achieving long-term goals
- You’ll learn how to build your own diets to reach your fitness goals

MY REVIEW
If you’re
looking for a weight loss program, this book is not for you. In fact, that is
exactly what this book tells you. This was more of a plan for a lifestyle
change, because that is exactly how it is with bodybuilding. The author
explains why this must be approached with long-term in mind, and why there will
be no quick results.
It was
interesting to me how he takes you through the steps, and explains why each
step should be done before moving on. There really is more to it than just
lifting weights. If you have any interest in the right kind of body building,
you can learn from this book. It’s a short read, and will get you on the right
track from the start.
